Operationalize COVID-19 Statistics with Dash
Featuring IQT's COVID-19 Diagnostic Accuracy Tool
Wednesday, September 23rd at 2pm EDT
With the COVID-19 pandemic conversation shifting to testing and prevention, understanding key issues with diagnostic tests is becoming increasingly urgent. There’s been a rise in AI/ML COVID-19 apps, as individuals and organizations alike are using data visualization tools like Dash to bridge the gap between data experts and domain experts. In response, IQT produced the COVID-19 Diagnostic Accuracy Tool, an interactive web application designed to help people understand and interpret the accuracy of 143 diagnostic tests for the novel coronavirus. Join Tommy and Zigfried, as they demonstrate how they used Dash to operationalize this tool.
During this 1 hour webinar, they will walk through the following:
- Determining test accuracy and reliability with a statistical model built from multiple data sources
- Implementing Dash for data testing and immediate complex visualization
- Communicate results and bridge the gap between data and domain experts
- Contribute to the tool in the open source community
